摘 要:为了观察电磁脉冲(EMP)对小鼠学习记忆和探究反射的影响,采用经典的Y型迷路法和改良的开阔法(openfieldmethod),检测三种电场强度的EMP辐照后1d内、1周和4周三个时间点小鼠学习记忆和探究反射。结果发现,与对照组相比,辐照后1周40kV·m1组小鼠学习和记忆成绩降低(P<0.05),80kV·m1组小鼠学习成绩降低(P<0.05);与对照组比较,辐照后1天内三种电场强度辐照组小鼠探究反射均下降(P<0.05),以40kV·m-1组更明显。辐照后1周80kV·m1组小鼠探究反射下降(P<0.05)。由此可见,电磁脉冲可能影响小鼠的学习记忆和探究能力。The effects of electromagnetic pulse (EMP) on the ability of learning and memory and investigatory reflex of mice were observed. The mice were randomly divided into four groups: normal control, 8 kV·m 1 ,40 kV·m 1 ,and 80 kV·m 1 .Using classical Y-maze method and improved open field method, we measured the ability of learning and memory and investigatory reflex of mice in each group respectively in l d, l wk, and 4 wk after exposure. Compared with control group, l wk after exposure, the ability of learning and memory of mice in 40 kV·m 1 group decreased (P<0.05),and the ability of learning in 80 kV·m 1 also reduced (P<0.05). l d after exposure, the investigatory reflex of all the three exposed groups was lower than that of control group (P<0.05),especially that of 40 kV·m 1 group. l wk after exposure, only the investigatory reflex of 80 kV·m 1 group was lower (P<0.05) than that of control . It can be concluded that 8 kV·m 1 , 40 kV·m 1 and 80 kV·m 1 EMPs can affect the ability of learning and memory and investigatory reflex of mice.
