急诊胃镜诊治急性非静脉曲张性上消化道出血的护理

摘　　要：[目的]回顾性总结急诊胃镜在诊治急性非静脉曲张性消化道出血的治疗及护理效果。[方法]对2005年1月1日—2008年12月31日因呕血、黑便收入我院的非静脉曲张性上消化道出血病人332例,通过及时给予急诊内镜检查、治疗及护理。[结果]332例病人中317例病人内镜下止血成功,明确诊断,手术干预5例,住院再出血6例,死亡2例,自动放弃治疗2例。[结论]通过对需要行急诊胃镜治疗非静脉曲张性上消化道出血病人的术前、术中及术后护理,使病人及家属消除恐惧心理,树立战胜疾病的信心,配合医护工作,使病人及时治疗好转出院。Objective： To summarize the curative and nursing effects of pa- tients with acute non- variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding diagnosed and treated with gastroscope in emergency retrospectively. Methods. Cheek, treatment and nursing care with emergency endoscope was given to a total of 332 patients with non - variceal upper gastrointestinal bleeding who hospital ized because of hematemesis and dark stools from the first of January in 2005 to the thirty- first of December in 2008. Results： Hemostasis and diagnosis under endoscope of 317 out of 33g patients was successful. Operation intervention was given to 5 patients. Another 6 cases complicated with rehaemorrhagia during hospitalization. Two cases died. And two cases have given up treatment by oneself. Conclusion： To carry out the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative care for patients with acute non - variceal upper gas- trointestinal bleeding who need emergency gastroscope as treatment can make patients and their family members eliminate dread emotion, establish confidence to beat disease,and coordinate to doctor- nurse＇s work. And it could let patients get treatment and improvement in time and then they were discharged.
