摘 要:针对产品建模的集成性和动态性需求,建立了静态模型和动态模型相结合的产品生命周期集成模型。静态模型从广度、深度、粒度三个维度全面描述产品生命周期信息,构成了集生命周期过程、信息表达和产品结构为一体的三维状态空间。基于静态模型和动态模型,从版本和映射两个角度描述产品的历史信息和动态演变,分析了版本的一般演化和特殊演化过程,研究了过程域、表达域和结构域三种映射方法,并对演化过程进行形式化描述。该方法已经在某汽车减振器厂应用,取得了较好效果。Aiming at integrated and dynamic requirements of product modeling, a product lifecycle integration model was established by combining static model with dynamic model. Static model described product lifecycle information fully from three dimensions of width, depth and granularity, which constituted the three-dimensional status space integrated with lifecycle process, information representation and product structure. Based on this static model, dynamic model depicted product's historical information and dynamic evolution from two angles of version and mapping. General and special processes of version evolution were analyzed, and three mapping methods of process domain, representation domain and structure domain were studied. Moreover, evolution process was formalized. The method had been applied in shock absorber products successfully.
