摘  要:为了研究细胞因子白细胞介素-1(IL-1)和白细胞介素-2(IL-2)对神经系统兴奋性的调节作用,将IL-1β和IL-2分别作用于培养的大鼠大脑皮质神经元,然后观察其对谷氨酸(Glu)和r-氨基丁酸(GABA)免疫反应神经元的影响,并对实验结果进行了图像分析和统计学处理,结果显示:IL-1β(10^5u/L)作用于培养的神经元后,Glu免疫反应神经元增加(P〈0.01)。The study was aimed to investigate the regulating roles of IL-1β and IL-2 on the excitement of nervous system. Their effects on Glu and GABA immunoreaction of cultured neurons of cerebral cortex of the rat were observed . The results were analysed by image analysis and statistics and showed that Glu im-munoreactive neurons were significantly increased (P<0. 01), but no change was found in GABA immunore-active neurons following the treatment of IL-1β(105 u/L); whereas Glu immunoreactive neurons were increased (P<0. 05) and GABA immunoreactive neurons were greatly reduced (P<0. 01) following the treatment of IL-2(104 u/L). The above results suggest that both IL-1B and IL-2 may enhance the excitement of neurons of cerebral cortex by regulating the metabolism of Glu and GABA in the brain. The results also provide morphology information for the Immuno-Neuro-Endocrine network.
