摘  要:用水热法合成纯硅介孔分子筛(mesoporous molecular sieves,MCM-41)。用浸渍法将MCM-41负载不同量铁制得负载铁的介孔分子筛(Fe-loading mesoporous molecular sieve,Fe/MCM-41)。以Fe/MCM-41作为催化剂催化热解乙醇制备碳纳米管。用N2物理吸附、Raman光谱、透射电镜和高分辨透射电镜等手段对样品进行了表征。结果表明:制备出了多壁碳纳米管,并且随着催化剂中Fe负载量的增加,所生成碳纳米管的管径增加。Mesoporous molecular sieves(MCM–41) was synthesized by the hydrothermal method and Fe-loaded mesoporous molecular sieve(Fe/MCM–41) was prepared by the wet impregnation with different concentrations of iron nitrate solution. The chemical vapor deposition method was employed to catalytically synthesize carbon nanotubes(CNTs) using Fe/MCM–41 as catalytic template and alcohol as carbon source at 800 ℃. The synthesized samples were characterized by the N2 physical adsorption,Raman spectrum,transmission electron microscope, and high resolution transmission electron microscope. The experimental results indicate that multi-wall carbon nanotubes are successfully synthesized and the diameter of the synthesized CNTs increases with the increase of Fe-loaded amount on the catalyst.
