摘 要:采用分体式活检枪进行同轴穿刺,达到了一次穿刺入体进针,多次采样活检的目的。即取得了切割组织学标本,也获得了细针抽吸细胞学样本。对28例患者临床应用的结果表明:同轴穿刺取样、细针穿刺抽吸取样及组织切割取样等3种方法的诊断特异性分别为:100%、94%、94%;敏感性分别为:89%、56%、89%;良性预测值分别为:100%、89%、100%;确诊率分别为:96%、86%、82%。结果提示:同轴穿刺技术的应用能提高诊断和取样的正确性。Detachable biopsy gun with co-axial puncture can obtain multiple samples by percutaneous puncturing at a time. It can take not only histologic samples but also fine-needle aspiration cytologic (FNAC) samples. In 28 patients, the results showed that the specificity is 100% in co-axial technique sampling, 94% in FNAC sampling and 94% in histologic sampling : the sensitivity is 89%, 56% and 89% respectively. The rate of definite diagnosis in co-axial technique sampling, histologic sampling and FNAC sampling is 96%, 82% and 86%, respectively, and the value of benign anticipation is 100%,100% and 89%,respectively. The results indicate that co-axial technique can improve accuracy of the diagnosis and sampling.
