摘  要:目的:探讨CT扫描测量甲亢患者甲状腺重量,并对其准确性进行研究,为临床131I治疗甲亢测量甲状腺重量提供一种较准确的方法。材料与方法:采用东芝TCT-300/EZ全身CT扫描系统。(1)对15个甲状腺模型进行扫描,利用CT机的体积计算功能计算甲状腺模型体积;甲状腺模型的实际体积通过模型排除水的容量来计算;(2)131例甲亢患者131I治疗前行甲状腺扫描,计算甲状腺体积(重量)。结果:(1)甲状腺模型体积的CT测值与实际测值差异无显著性(P>0.05),两者有高度相关性(γ=0.9998,P<0.001);(2)131例甲亢患者CT扫描计算的甲状腺重量为53.639±27.26(14.16~134.64)g,与B超检查结果进行比较,CT测值要大于B超测值。结论:CT能够准确测量甲状腺体积(重量),为临床131I治疗甲亢时测量甲状腺重量提供了又一种更准确的方法。Objective: To assess the accuracy of thyroid volume (weight) by CT for patients with hyperthyroidism before 131I therapy. Materials and Methods:(1)The actual volume of 15 artificial thyroid models was determined by measuring the volume of water displaced by the models and estimated by the volume calculated function of Toshiba TCT300/EZ scanner system; (2)The volume of thyroid of 131 cases with hyperthyroidism was determined by the same CT before 131I therapy.Results:(1)A good correlation (γ=0.9998,P<0.001) between the actual volume and the calculated volume was observed, and there was no significant difference (P>0.05); (2)The average weight of thyroid of the 131 cases was 53.639±27.26(14.16~134.64)g calculated by CT, that was heavier than the weight calculate by ultrasound.Conclusion: CT can calculate the volume of thyroid accurately, that provides an accurate method to determine the volume of thyroid for hyperthyroidism cases to be treated with 131I.
