鲫斯坦尼小体1型细胞脱颗粒过程的形态计量分析

摘  要:在实验室水簇箱中,禁食饲养三月鲫4周,体腔注射0.68mol/L CaCl2(剂量为每千克体重1.0mL),引发其产生急性高血钙来诱导斯坦尼小体(cs)1型细胞产生脱颗粒效应。用电镜技术和彩色图像分析系统对注射CaCl,后2、4、8、24、32、48、72h的鲫CS-1型细胞中的颗粒数量和颗粒面积进行计量分析来观察其脱颗粒过程。结果表明:在鲫CS-1型细胞中含有大量的圆形颗粒,在注射CaCl2后,CS发生了连续的脱颗粒效应,该效应至少可持续到注射后72h,在此期间,脱颗粒速度越来越慢;在注射CaCl2后的2~32h所释放的颗粒越来越小,而在32~72h所释放的颗粒有明显的增大;颗粒在释放前可能存在着膨大现象。The crucian carps (Carassius auratus) were collected from the market in Nanjing City in March and fasted in freshwater in the laboratory for acclimatization. Four weeks later, the crucian carps were injected intraperitoneally with 0.68 mol/L CaCl2 solution (in dose of 1.0 mL / kg body weight). After the injection, the quantity and square of secretory granules of CS-1 type cells were tested continuously at 2 h, 4 h, 8 h, 24 h, 32 h, 48 h and 72 h by using electron microscope and analyzed with color image analysis system. The following results are showed : ( 1 ) there were a lot of rounded granules in the type-1 cells, these granules were released continuously from 2 to 72 h after the injection, but the releasing speed became slow from 2 to 72 h; (2) from 2 to 32 h, the released granules became smaller and smaller, but became larger from 32 to 72 h; (3) before being secreted, the granules of CS-1 type cells might become larger.
