摘　　要：随着信息化的不断发展与推广,越来越多的企业开始打造自身的"科技航母",尤其对于水行业,更是乘风破浪。众所周知,对于水司而言管网所占的比重相当庞大,小区管网又是地下管网的一个重要组成部分。如何有效、实时地监控小区管网,使之有效辅助管网调度是水司的重要课题之一。本系统充分地将先进思想与科学技术应用于小区管网,它将是管网管理的一个有力的补充。Accompanying the continuous development of information and promotion, more and more enterprises are starting to build up their own ＂technology aircraft carrier＂. Especially for the water corporation, they brave the wind and waves. As we all know, pipe network is a substantial proportion of the water corporation. At the same time, area network is an important component of them. It will be one important issue for us to know how the network can be effective and really monitored, to be effective aids network scheduling. Full of advanced thinking and science technology in this system are well applied in the system. It will be a strong complement in network management.
