高温季节浇筑陡坡坝段温度应力仿真研究

摘　　要：构皮滩拱坝是目前世界上在建的高混凝土拱坝之一。高混凝土拱坝,坝高较高,坝体体积较大,温度荷载是主要设计荷载之一,它对坝体的应力状态有重要影响。由于构皮滩工程规模大,施工技术复杂,在要求全年施工的前提下,温控防裂问题成为制约整个工程施工质量和施工进度的一个关键因素,搞好大坝的温控设计,提出恰当温控防裂措施,是保证工程施工质量和进度的重要举措。根据构皮滩拱坝施工计划,坝体要求全年施工,无法避开夏季高温季节浇筑混凝土;另外,高拱坝陡坡坝段体形较差,温度变形导致应力集中的问题普遍存在。为恰当选择温控措施,选取了6号陡坡坝段为代表进行三维有限元仿真计算,分析论证了设计拟定的高温季节浇筑陡坡坝段的可行性。At present,. Goupitan Arch Dam is one of the highest concrete arch dams being built in the world. It has a great volume and hight, temperature load is the main load of design, which affects dam stress greatly. As Goupitan Arch Dam is huge, and the construction technique is complex, in condition of pouring concrete in the whole year, temperature control becomes a key factor which constrains engineering construction scheduling, therefore, designing control measures well and putting forward a correct control measure becomes an important action which ensures engineering construction scheduling. According to scheduled plan of Goupitan Arch Dam, pouring concrete in the whole year, which not avoiding elevated temperature in summer. In addition, as the steep slope dam form is inferior, temperature deformation is prone to induce stress concentration. In order to select a suitable temperature control measure, this paper tries to use the 3D finite-element calculating thermal stresses of 6 # steep slope dam during hyperthermia season to analyze the feasibility of design temperature control measures.
