摘 要:以生物发酵产品柠檬酸和衣康酸为主要原料,分别合成了无磷阻垢分散剂丙烯三羧酸-丙烯酸共聚物和衣康酸均聚物,利用马来酸酐合成了聚环氧琥珀酸。采用正交试验法确定了多元复合药剂的配方比例,利用静态阻垢实验法和分散氧化铁试验测定了复配物的阻垢分散性能。试验结果表明,新型无磷阻垢分散剂之间具有显著的协同效应,所开发的三元复合药剂阻垢分散性能优异,适用于高温、高硬水质的处理。The aconitic acid-acrylic acid copolymer, itaconic acid homopolymer and polyepoxysuccinic acid which were non-phosphorus scale and dispersing inhibitors were synthesized with the fermentation products citric acid, itaconic acid and maleic anhydride. On orthogonal tests of scale inhibition performance of the three agents, the optimal ratio was determined. The scale inhibition and dispersion performance was evaluated with the static and dispersing tests. The results showed that the new non-phosphorus scale and dispersing inhibitors possessed good synergism, the composite product had excellent scale inhibition and dispersion performance and was suitable for the treatment of water with high-temperature and high-hardness.
