摘  要:利用强化生态浮床技术对生物净化槽处理后的崇明岛农村生活污水进行深度处理。从纤维填料生物膜量、生物膜厚度及脱氢酶活性等方面研究了强化生态浮床中纤维填料作为载体的生物膜的特性。动态试验结果表明,在强化生态浮床中,纤维填料生物膜的形成时间为60d;强化生态浮床中不同层次纤维填料生物膜厚度差异较大,从表层往下生物膜厚度依次降低,最表层5cm处纤维填料生物膜厚度是最底层50cm处的5.6倍;不同发育程度的生物膜表现出不同的活性,生物膜厚度在250μm左右时,活性最大;浮床最表层生物膜厚度是最佳厚度的2.1倍,其生物膜的过量积累不利于处理效率的提高。A deep treatment on purification of effluent of biological purification tank for rural domestic sewage in Chongming-Island by using enhanced ecological floating raft was performed. The biomass, thickness and activity of the biofilm of fiber padding in enhanced ecological floating raft were studied. The dynamic pilot results showed that the formation time of biofilms was 60 days in enhanced ecological floating raft. The biofilm thickness in different layers of fiber padding was dissimilar, and it reduced in turn fi'om the top down. The thickest biofilm was in the outmost surface (5 cm) of fiber padding, being 5.6 times of the lowermost layer (50 cm). The activity ofbiofilms with various thicknesses was different, and the optimum thickness was 250 μm. And the biofilm thickness of the outmost surface (5 cm) was 2.1 times of the optimum thickness, but excessive biofilm accumulation was not in favor of improvement of treatment efficiency.
