摘 要:保温节能是我国一项长期的基本国策,研究了一种用于石油储罐罐顶的保温涂料,考察了微泡剂用量、胶黏剂用量、膨胀珍珠岩粉用量、硅酸铝纤维用量、纤维水镁石的用量、有机膨润土的用量、碳酸钙粉的用量对涂料导热系数的影响。研究结果表明,所制备的保温涂料具有导热系数小,保温效果好,浆体收缩率较小,涂层不易开裂,利于保温,节能效果显著。Energy-saving insulation is a long-term basic national policy in our country. A thermal insulation coating for tank top is prepared. The effects of amount of microbubble agent, adhesive and expanded perlite powder consumption, the amount of aluminum silicate fibers, fiber bracite, organic bentonite and calcium carbonate powder on the thermal conductivity of coating is investigated. The results show that the insulation coating has many advantages, such as low thermal conductivity, good insulation, lower paste shrinkage ratio, obvious energy-saving effect and its coating is difficult to crack.
