摘  要:用5%PEG处理野生绿豆和栽培绿豆的幼苗,测定了相关指标。结果表明:干旱胁迫下,与栽培绿豆相比,野生绿豆叶片失水较少,叶色值下降较缓慢,干物质增长较快,光合速率降幅较小,说明野生绿豆对干旱环境有更强的调节能力,野生绿豆抗旱性强于栽培绿豆。试验的结果为从野生绿豆中选择抗旱基因,为培育抗旱绿豆新品种提供了理论依据。Correlated indexes on seedlings of V.sublobata and Vigna radiata(L.)Wilczek.which were dealed with 5% PEG were tested.The results showed that V.sublobata had a stronger ability of holding water,its leaf color value and photosynthetic rate lowed more slowly and its dry material accumulated more quickly than Vigna radiata(L.)Wilczek.under drought stress.So the drought resistance of V.sublobata was stronger than Vigna radiata(L.)Wilczek.and we can find drought-resistant gene from V.sublobata to breed new varieties of Phaseolus radiatus L.
