摘 要:根据天然气发动机要求点火能量大、启动转速低、可靠性高的特点,电子点火系统采用稀土永磁发电机发电、大容量电容器贮电、晶闸管脉冲放电及飞轮相位控制触发等多项技术,可实现每次点火能量为100mJ,最低连续发火转速为60r/min。着重介绍了电子点火系统的结构、电气原理和主要元件的设计计算,飞轮相位控制触发装置的组成及点火角度自动提前的工作原理。该系统在天然气发动机上实际装机露天运行一年,一直正常工作,其主要性能已达到或接近美国Altronic。公司同类产品的水平,而价格仅为国外产品的1/5。A natural gas engine requiles large spark eneng, low starting speed and high reliability, therefore its elecbonicspark system adopts na earth permanenl magnetism generator for electlicity generation, laop capacity condenser for elec-trtc energy storing, thyristor for pulse discharge and triorr controlled by flywheel phase, and can provide 100mJ of sparkenergy every time and 60r/min of lowest continuous rotating speed for spathing. The structure, principle and design ofmain elements of the electronic spark system are described, and the components of the trigger appamtus controlled by fly-wheel phase and the working principle of spark angle shifting automatically to an earier time are pnsented. The applica-tion of the system is intnduced. And it is pointed out that Ihe system has good performance and fow price.
