摘 要:研究施用外源ABA对匍茎翦股颖(Agrostis stolonifera)高温休眠的影响。结果表明:在35℃高温胁迫下,ABA延迟了匍茎翦股颖的枯黄时间,降低了休眠期的枯黄率,显著提高了休眠期叶片相对含水量和可溶性糖含量,在15℃生长3 d后的恢复水平比对照(未施用)高。但ABA对可溶性蛋白含量的影响较小,脯氨酸含量也显著低于对照。现对发生这些变化的原因做深入的分析和讨论。Physiology changes of high temperature dormancy in Agrostis stolonifera.were regulated by using ABA and the effects were studied.The results showed in 35℃,the time for Withering was delayed by using ABA and it had an important role in reducing withered rate and improving relative water content of leaf,carbohydrate content.And after growth for 3 days in 15℃,the degree of recovering was higher than that not used.But the ABA had only a little important for the soluble protein content.The content of praline was lower than those not used.The reasons of these changes in Agrostis stolonifera were analyzed and discussed.
