摘 要:在构建高技术产业竞争力评价指标体系的基础上,依据2003年和2007年统计数据,采用因子分析方法,对我国30个省份的高技术产业竞争力的研究表明:影响我国地区高技术产业竞争力的主要因素有规模产出、政策环境、技术创新能力以及技术支持环境四个方面,且产出水平对竞争力的影响程度最大,技术创新能力对竞争力的影响有所上升;高技术产业地区发展不平衡,集团特征明显,影响各个集团高技术产业发展的因素也不平衡。In this paper, we constructed the indexes evaluation-system of high-tech industrial competitiveness, and analyzed and estimated high-tech industrial competitiveness of 30 provinces in China. The study used factor analysis and was based on the 2003 and 2007' s statistical data. It indicted that the key factors that impact China regional high-tech industrial competitiveness include scale-output capability, policy environment, technological innovation capability, and technical support environment, and the scale-output capability is the most important factors to affect competitiveness, the impact on competitiveness that comes from technological innovation capability has increased; high-tech industry development is uneven in various regions, the "group characteristic" is very clear; the factors that affect high-tech industry's development in various groups are uneven, the provinces in the different groups have their own characteristics. Finally, combining the results of empirical analysis of this paper and the status quo of China's high-tech industry development, we give the proposals how to accelerate the development of China's high-tech industry.
