自制丁字绷带预防混合痔术后出血325例效果观察  

Clinical Observation on the Prevention of Postoperative Hemorrhage Following Mixed Hemorrhoid Surgery by Using the Self-made T-bandage

摘　　要：为观察自制弹力丁字绷带对混合痔术后患者止血的效果，我们将620例混合痔患者按照住院号单双号分为治疗组（325例）和对照组（295例），术后分别用弹力丁字绷带固定和常规普通纱布覆盖创面。观察术后伤口敷料渗血情况，记录渗血量、渗血时间等。结果显示，治疗组无1例出现术后大出血，对照组有2例大出血。术后6h对照组渗血量评分（2．21±1．85）明显高于治疗组（1．10±0．34），术后24h对照组渗血量评分（3．31±0．61）亦明显高于治疗组（2．34±0．53），差异均有统计学意义，P〈0．05。结果表明，混合痔术后患者应用弹力丁字绷带固定能有效地压迫止血，减少术后创面渗血。For examining the hemostasia efficacy of self-designed T-bandage on patients undergone operation for mixed hemorrhoids,the 620 patients who had undergone surgical operation for mixed hemorrhoid were divided semi-randomizedly（based on the odd and even numbers of patients＇ hospitalization） into two groups;325 eases received postoperative gauze covering and elastic T-bandage fixation for prevention of postoperative hemorrhage（the study group）, while 295 cases received gauze covering and routine fixation （the control group）. Postoperative blood-oozing status was observed and recorded. As results,there was no massive hemorrhage in the study group, while there were massive hemorrhage in two cases in the control group;the blood-oozing scores at postoperative 6 hour （1.10±0.34 vs 2.21±1.85） and 24 hour （2.34± 0.53vs 3.31±0.61） were lower in the study group than that in the control group respectively（ P 〈0.05）. It is concluded that T-bandage fixation following mixed hemorrhoid operation can effectively ensure hemo- stasia and reduce oozing of blood.
