摘 要:以TiCl4为原料采用溶胶凝胶法结合超临界流体干燥法(SCFD),制备了纳米级.Fe2O3/TiO2/蒙脱土复合光催化剂.以亚甲基蓝为反应模型,对催化剂的催化活性进行了评价.结果表明,3h亚甲基蓝降解率99.3%.采用XRD,TEM,UV和ICP等手段进行了表征,TiO2以锐钛矿型形式存在,催化剂粒径在15~21nm.比较不同制备方法制得的复合催化剂,得出超临界干燥法制备的光催化剂具有粒径小,分散性好,光催化活性高等特点.Fe2O3/TiO2/MMT nanocomposite photocatalysts are prepared with TiCl1 as precursors by chemistry coating processes and supercritical fluid drying (SCFD) methods. The photoeatalytic activity is evaluated by photocatalytic degradation of methylene blue as model reaction. The catalysts are characterized by the means of XRD, TEM , UV vis and ICP show that in addition to anatase type TiO2 is also formed in the range of the studied doping concentration ,and the mean particle size is about 15-21 nm. The photocatalytic degradation rate of methylene bluc in 3 h reaches 99.3%. The photocatalytic parti cles prepared by SCFD combination technology have small size, large surfacc area and high activity.
