摘 要:目的:研究太行山猕猴掌骨和跖骨重量比率的性别差异.方法:测量了55例掌骨和跖骨重量,根据5根掌骨和跖骨重量的可能组合得到相应重量比率.用SPSS13.0统计软件进行单因素方差分析.结果:对于掌骨和跖骨重量,除左侧的1 Mt,5 Mt和右侧的5 Mt重量没有显著的性别差异外,其它掌骨和跖骨重量都有显著的性别差异(P<0.05).掌骨重量比率没有显著的性别差异.跖骨重量比率除左侧的1 Mt∶2 Mt有显著的性差外(P<0.05),其它重量比率均无显著的性别差异.在不考虑侧别的情况下,掌骨和跖骨重量比率也都没有显著的性别差异.结论:太行山猕猴的各掌(跖)骨重量比率的性差既有规律性,又有其特殊性,这可能与它们特殊的生理和行为习惯以及胚胎发育期的雄性激素的水平等有关.Objective: Sex differences of the weight ratios of metacarpals and metatarsals in Macaca mulatta from the Taihang Mountains are studied in this paper. Methods: The weights of metacarpals and metatarsals are obtained from the skeletons of 55 adult Macaca mulatta. Weight ratios are constructed for all possible pairings of the five bones in each individual hand and foot. One-Way ANOVA adopting SPSS13.0 for windows is used to study the sex differences of weight ratios of metacarpals and metatarsals. Results: For weights of metacarpals and metatarsals, but both 1 Mt, 5 Mt in the left and 5 Mt in the right, there are significant sex differences among the weights of metapodials in Macaca mulatta (P〈0.05). For weight ratios of metacarpals and metatarsals, there are no significant sex differences in the weight ratios of metatarsal in Macaca mulatta. For the weight ratios of metatarsal, but 1 Mt:2 Mt in the left(P〈0.05), there are no significant sex differences in the other weight ratios of metatarsal in Macaca mulatta. There are also no significant sex differences in the weight ratios of metapodials in Macaca mulatta. Conclusions: For the sexual dimorphism of the weight ratios of metapodials in Macaca mulatta in the Taihang Mountains, it has the certain regularity and has its particularity as well. It may relate with particular physiology and behavior, and the androgen during prenatal development.
