摘　　要：重点分析了KJD10定量装载控制与提升信号系统具有三大创新之处,介绍了不停产情况下组织好每个环节,实现新旧系统的顺利交接是同类机电系统安装值得学习和借鉴的。新系统所产生的安全、经济效益是显著的。This paper mainly analyzes three innovations of KJDIO quota loading control and hoisting signal system. It introduces how to organize each link in production and realizes the original and the new systems successfully replacement, which are worthy of learning and reference for the similar mechanical system installation. The new system is safety and the economic benefit is remarkable.
