立式球磨机在铝土矿选择性磨矿的试验研究

摘　　要：以郑州氧化铝一厂的铝土矿为原料,对铝硅比为5.6左右的铝土矿在卧式球磨机和立式球磨机中的选择性磨矿效果进行了对比试验研究,并通过对比分析了磨矿产品中Al和Si产率的分布情况。试验研究表明,立式球磨机比卧式球磨机在矿石处理量、选择性磨矿产品的富集方面均有比较大的提高,并且能耗有所降低。因此,立式球磨机有望成为一种广泛应用于选择性磨矿的新设备。This research takes bauxite as raw material from Zhengzhou bauxite factory 1, the experiments are carried out with the horizontal mill and the vertical mill separately, the selective grinding effects are compared and investigated, and the distributions of productivities of Al and Si in products are analyzed. The result indicates that the vertical mill have a great advantage over the horizontal mill on throughput, enrichment of selective grinding products and also lower energy consumption. So, the vertical mill is hoping to be a new equipment in selective grinding extensively.
