摘  要:流沙山位于内蒙戈壁滩,其钼矿资源氧化程度高、矿泥多,氧化钼矿物在破磨过程中易泥化,导致矿石可选性差;同时生产环境恶劣,造成选矿难度大。以旋流-静态微泡浮选柱作为主体设备构建全浮选流程,进行硫化钼、氧化钼分选生产,在简化流程的同时实现了硫化钼精矿品位>40%,氧化钼精矿品位>6%,总钼回收率>70%的生产目标,证明了旋流-静态微泡浮选柱及其梯级优化柱分选理论在强化回收、增强富集比方面的显著特色,为开发该类型钼矿资源开辟了一条新途径。Liushashan stands in the Gobi of Mongolia. The resource of molybdenum ore of Liushashan has a high oxidation grade and a great amount of mud. Molybdenum oxide mineral is easy to pelitization in the process of crushing & grinding. All the factors mentioned make it hard to separate such minerals. At the same time, the circumstance of production is terrible which makes the separation process much more aifficult. The flotation process is built using cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation columns as the main equipment to separate sulfureted molybdenum and molybdenum oxide. The predigestion flow has been achieved, as well as the production aims of sulfureted molybdenum concentrate grade 〉40%, molybdenum oxide concentrate grade 〉6%, the entire molybdenum recovery 〉70%. It has been proved that the cyclonic-static micro-bubble flotation column and its theory of step-optimization has the remarkable characteristics of strengthening recycling and increasing the enrichment rate, and a new approach to empolder such kind of molybdenum ore has been inaugurated.
