摘　　要：介绍了日本、美国的物流产业政策与法律制度,以及它的产生与发展历程;指出了我国应当借鉴物流发达国家的经验,完善我国物流产业政策与法律制度的建议。The paper introduces the policies and legal systems of logistics industry in Japan and USA and the emerge and development of these policies and legal systems and proposes China to use the experiences of developed countries for reference in order to improve the policies and legal systems of China logistics industry.
