摘　　要：以辉瑞制药-苏州胶囊有限公司空心胶囊原材料物资采购过程为研究对象,针对现行采购存在的问题,分析现有采购策略,提出新的采购策略及改进措施,达到降低库存对现金流量的占用以及有效提高原材料在加工制造过程中的准备率,从而有效提升物料管理的满意度。Taking the procurement process of empty capsule raw malerials in Suzhou CapsugelR Ltd as a research object and aiming at the existing problems in procurement strategy, the paper analyzes the current procurement strategy, proposes some improved measures in order to reduce cash investment on inventory management and supply risk.
