摘　　要：结合应急物流的特点,提出建立基于层级轴幅式网络的绿色通道来优化运输网络,以达到控制应急物流中的运输成本的目的。并通过对当前应急方案和改进方案进行比较,说明建立层级轴幅式网络的重要性和优越性。Based on the features of emergency logistics, the paper proposes to establish a green access based on hub-and-spoke network to optimize the transportation network so as to improving the cost control of emergency logistics and compares the current plan with the improved one to show the importance and superiority of the hub-and-spoke network.
