摘　　要：主要研究物流企业与金融机构的融合,共建物流金融服务平台,达成合作关系,来探讨物流企业开展统一授信业务收益分享问题。运用现代博弈理论,以双方谈判的安全点为出发点,分析两者间的纳什均衡,找出物流金融下两大主体的利益平衡点,为物流企业决策提供依据。然后构造重复博弈模型对双方关系进行分析,最后基于模型分析提出相关建议。The paper discusses the integration of logistics enterprises with financial institutions and benefit sharing of logistics enterprises in unified credit business. Taking the security point of negotiations as the start point, it uses modern game theory to analyze the Nash equilibrium of both parties in order to find out the interest equilibrium point and then it establishes a repeated game model to analyze the relationship between the two parties. Finally it provides related suggestions based on the model analysis.
