摘　　要：分析了反射体零件的形状、结构特点,采用以保力龙为材料的消失模铸造生产模具的模座、凸模、凹模等零件,合理使用氮气弹簧作模具的弹性元件,简化了模具对压床的使用要求,合理应用设备,提高了零件的生产效率,实现了零件成形、冲孔、切边模的设计与制造。An evaporative pattern casting process was developed to manufacture the die parts like the die holder, punch and die for a reflector component based on analysis on the shape and structural features of the component. A die integrating shaping, punching and trimming was successfully developed in which gas spring was used as the elastic elements that will simplify the application requirements of the die for the press.
