铈对45Cr2NiMoVSi热作模具钢组织与耐磨性的影响

摘  要:研究了添加5种不同含量铈(Ce)的45Cr2NiMoVSi热作模具钢的组织及耐磨性,通过分析组织、磨痕形貌以及平均磨损率的变化情况,与不添加Ce的45Cr2NiMoVSi钢进行对比。结果表明:Ce添加量在适当的范围内45Cr2NiMoVSi钢组织得到显著细化,平均磨损率有明显下降,磨痕形貌也比较细而浅,耐磨性得到有效提高。当Ce添加量为0.22%(质量分数)时,45Cr2NiMoVSi钢的表面平均磨损量最小,耐磨性最好,其平均磨损率是不添加Ce的45Cr2NiMoVSi钢的34.21%。The microstructure and wear resistance of 45Cr2NiMoVSi hot work die steel with five different amounts of additions of Ce were studied and compared with that without Ce by analyzing the microstructure, morphologies of wear scar and average wearing rate. The results show that when the addition of Ce is proper, the microstructure was significantly refined, the average wearing rate is reduced markedly and the morphologies of wear scar are also relatively thin and shallow. Therefore, the wear resistance is improved effectively. When Ce is added at a mass fraction of 0.22%, 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel has the least average surface wear loss and the best wear resistance. Compared with the 45Cr2NiMoVSi steel without Ce, the average wearing rate of that with 0.22% Ce is decreased by 34.21%.
