摘 要:实验测定了激光诱导Al等离子体中390.068,394.4,396.152,466.3056 nm等谱线的时间、空间分辨特性,由发射光谱线的强度和Stark展宽计算了Al等离子体中的电子密度,并由实验结果讨论了电子密度的时间空间演化特性。实验结果表明,当延时在100~1 500 ns变化时,等离子体中的电子密度变化范围为0.02×10^(17)~1.4×10^(17)cm^3,在沿激光束方向上,当距离靶表面0~1.8 mm范围内变化时,相应的电子密度范围为0.28×10^(17)~0.95×10^(17)cm^(-3),等离子体电子密度在沿激光束方向上具有很好的对称性。The time and spatial-resolved emission spectrum in laser-induced AI plasma was measured for the 390.068,394.4,396. 152 and 466. 3056 nm spectral lines. The electron density of the plasmas was calculated from the measured spectral line intensity and Stark broadening of emission spectral lines respectively. The time and spatial evolution property of the electron density was discussed according to the experimental results. It is shown that the plasma electron density varies from 0.02 × 10^17 to 1.4 ×10^17 cm ^-2 when the time delay is in the range from 100 to 1500 ns. It is also concluded that the plasma electron density varies from 0.28 × 10^17 to 0. 95 × 10^17 cm^-3 along the direction on the laser beam when the distance of the measured zone from the target surface is in the range from 0 to 1.8 rnm. The distribution of the plasma electron density along the direction of the laser beam has well symmetry.
