摘　　要：旅游业是一个开放性的复杂系统。系统思维方法和系统的基本观点为北部湾经济区旅游规划及管理、旅游可持续发展以至区域经济的可持续发展提供了决策依据。Tourism is an open and complex system. Guided by the systemic theory, this paper gives an analysis of the constituent elements of tourism system of Beibu Gulf based on regional tourism system model, and puts forward a concept of tourism development for Beibu Gulf Economic Zone from a systemic perspective. Systemic thinking approach and basic systemic concept provide good basis in strategic decision making for regional tourism development, management and sustainable development of regional tourism and economy in the area.
