摘 要:探讨了采用化学处理降低人造血管用薄型涤纶织物渗透性的方法。以薄型涤纶机织物作为实验样品,采用一定浓度的间甲酚—四氯乙烷试剂进行处理,选用了不同的处理温度和处理时间,并对处理后样品的厚度、面积、透气率和撕破强力进行了测试。实验分析说明该化学处理方法是有效的,可以明显降低涤纶织物的透气量。最后推荐了适宜的处理温度和时间,在不降低织物物理机械性能的前提下,能有效减小织物的渗透性。In this paper an effective chemical method to reduce the permeability of polyester fabric used in vascu- lar prostheses was studied. The thin polyester fabric was used for the sample. We used m-cresol-tetrachloroethane to treat the polyester fabrics to make them compacting for decreasing their permeability. In the treating process the different concentration of the m-cresol, processing temperature and processing time were selected. Then the thickness, area, air permeability and tearing strength of the treated samples were tested. Through the synthetic analysis of the measuring data this chemical method used to compact the polyester fabrics has been proved to be effective. Using this chemical method can reduce the air permeability of the thin polyester fabric obviously. The optimum processing temperature and processing time were introduced for decreasing the permeability of fabric effectively in condition of not reducing the physicomeehanical property.
