摘  要:目的:考察光纤传感溶出度仪原位过程监测了取维生素B_2片溶出度的可行性。方法:以分支光纤为光传输媒介,分别连接光源和监测器,光纤公共端部直接插入溶出杯实时监测青霉素V钾片的溶出过程,利用双波长法消除了赋形剂对吸收度测定的影响。结果:方法的日内、日间精密度,回收率符合分析测试的要求,并与中国药典的方法比较,T_D、T_(50)及累积溶出率均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:光纤化学传感检测过程中不需要取样、过滤、补液等操作,简单易行,极大地节省了劳动强度,提高了测定的精密度和准确度,获得的数据信息完整,反映了药物在体外溶出的过程,替代了繁琐的传统测试方法。Objective: To establish processing analysia method for the dissolution test of VB2 tablets by Fiber-Optical-Chemical Sensor Dissplution Test system. Methods: Bifurcated optical fiber was used to connect light source and detetor and the common end was dipped in the dissolution vessel. The dissolution procession can be monitor through computer. The absorbance measurements are corrected for turbidity-related scatter using the double wavelength measures methods. Results: The recovery by FOCSDT method was 98.4%-100.6%. The RSD (n=6) of within day and day-to-day were less than 5.0%. The parameters obtained by FOCSDT had no significant difference compared with the method in Ch. P 2005 (P〉0.05). Conclusion: The procession analysis can reflect the real dissolution of drug and obtain the total in formation.
