针刺配合足三里穴注射治疗周围性面瘫临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察针刺结合足三里穴位注射治疗周围性面瘫临床疗效与单一针灸法的相对差异性。方法:将患者209例随机分成观察组109例和对照组100例,于治疗前后观察临床症状和疗效。结果:观察组痊愈率(72.47%)和总有效率(91.74%)高于对照组(分别为31%和68%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺结合足三里穴位注射法优于单纯针刺治疗,并且疗程短。Objective： To compare clinical curative effect between single acupuncture and injectio at ZusanLi （ST36） combining acupuncture in treatment of peripheral facial paralysis. Method： Two hundred and nine patients were divided into two groups, the observe group involve in 109 patients, and the other 100 patients is in control group. Observing clinical symptom and curative effect before and after treatment. Result： Significant difference was found in observe group and control group （P〈0.05）. The healing rate （72.47%） and total effective rate （91. 74%） of observe group were higher than control group （31% and 68%）. Conclusion： Injectio at ZusanLi（ST36） combining acupuncture is better than single acupuncture, and the course of treatment is short .
