摘　　要：目的:评价国产覆膜网状支架治疗恶性食管-气管瘘和食管-纵隔瘘的临床价值。方法:31例恶性食管瘘患者,先行食管造影,精确定位,对狭窄>90%以上的病变,行狭窄段扩张术,后将支架置入预定位置。结果:31例患者共置入43枚支架,均一次成功置入,无食管破裂,大出血等严重手术并发症发生。30例患者术后随访3～21个月。结论:国产镍钛合金自膨式食管覆膜网状支架治疗恶性食管瘘是安全、有效的方法。Objective： To evaluate the clinical value of coated metallic stent in the treatment of malignant esophago-tracheal and asophago-mediastinal fistula. Methods： 31 cases with malignant esophageal fistula were proceeded esophageal contrast examination in order to confirm the exact site of fistula, the strictures over 90~~00 were performed pre operative dilatation before insertion of the stent. Results： 43 stents were successfully placed in 31 cases without any serious complications such as repture or hemorrhea of esophagus. 30 cases were followed up to 3-22 months. Conclusion： Coated nickel titanium stent insertion is effective and safe methed in treatment of malignant esophageal fistula.
