2型糖尿病血清C反应蛋白与低密度脂蛋白和白细胞变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)与血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)和白细胞(WBC)变化的关系,以及CRP与LDL-C对2型糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化的预示作用。方法:采用乳胶增强免疫比浊法定量检测120例2型糖尿病患者和60例正常人的血清CRP水平,一步法检测LDL-C,抗凝后采用血细胞分析仪测定WBC。结果:2型糖尿病患者血清CRP水平、白细胞水平及LDL-C水平均较正常对照者明显增高(P<0.01);在2型糖尿病患者中,血清CRP水平与LDL-C水平、CRP水平与WBC水平、WBC水平与LDL-C水平分别呈正相关(r分别为0.64、0.67、0.379,P均<0.01)。结论:2型糖尿病患者炎症介质水平明显升高,存在炎症反应。CRP及WBC对2型糖尿病有预测作用。CRP及LDL-C参与2型糖尿病并发动脉粥样硬化过程,对其发病机制有一定的预示作用。Objective： To study the relative of C-reactive protein （CRP）, low-density lipoprotein and leucocyte in serum of type 2 diabeties mellitus; and to research the prediction effect on CRP and LDL-C in serum of type 2 diabeties mellitus complicating atherosclerosis（AS）. Methods： One hundred and twenty cases with type 2 diabetes mellitus and 60 normal persons were measured serum CRP by latex potentiation turbid metry, LDL by single stage process, WBC by anticoagulant fresh blood in hemacytology analyzer. Results： C reactive protein and leucocyte were significantly increased in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients compared with normal persons （P〈0.01）. Moreover, CRP levels were positively associated with LDL cholesterol （r = 0.64,P〈0.01）, leucocyte （r = 0.67,P〈0.01）, and leucocyte level was positively associated with LDL cholesterol （r = 0. 379,P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Inflammatory mediator level significantly increased in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus, inflammation exists in type 2 diabetes mellitus; CRP and WBC have some prediction function to type 2 diabetes mellitus, CRP and LDL-C might play an important role in the process of atherosclerosis with type 2 diabetes ,those have some prediction function to it＇s etiopathlogy.
