全球化背景下离岸外包的趋势演变及中国对策

摘　　要：通过外包结构和外包属性两个维度描述全球化背景下离岸外包的发展趋势。当前离岸外包呈现三个新特征。信息技术革命和跨国公司功能嬗变是离岸外包新趋势和新特征的决定因素,针对离岸外包的三个新特征,应抓住机遇,顺应发展,提高中国在离岸外包产业中的地位,优化外包结构的应对策略。Trends of offshore outsourcing on both Structures and Properties were introduced, followed by depicting three contemporary features of offshore outsourcing activities from globalization perspective, with a view that determinants underlying trends and contemporary features of offshore outsourcing were IT revolution and MNC＇s selfevolution. Based on the above introductions,Chinese current status in global offshore outsourcing area was also discussed. In the end ,suggestions and advice were put forward on how to help China survive and thrive the challenge from the new wave of offshore outsourcing.
