摘  要:将丙烯酸酯可再分散乳胶粉同无机颜填料、纤维素醚、粉状消泡剂和分散剂混合均匀,制备环保型干粉乳胶涂料,加入适量水分散均匀后即可使用。考察可再分散乳胶粉、纤维素醚、粉状消泡剂对涂料成膜性、施工性、耐水及耐洗刷性等性能的影响。实验结果表明,w(可再分散乳胶粉)=30%~35%,w(纤维素醚)=0.6%,w(粉状消泡剂)=0.8%时,干粉乳胶涂料具有良好的成膜性,施工容易,吸水率为6.5%,耐擦洗次数在1400次以上,未检测出VOC(可挥发性有机物)及有毒物质,环保优势明显。Mixing the acrylate redispersible polymer powder with inorganic pigment, carrier, cellulose ether, powdered defoaming and dispersant agent, the environment-protective dry-powdered emulsion paint was developed and could be used only after adding water and dispersing them to a uniform condition. The effects of redispersible polymer powder, cellulose ether and powdered defoaming agent on the film-forming ability, workability, water-resistance and abrasive resistance were tested and discussed. The experimental results showed that taking the formula amount of dry-powdered paint as follows, w ( redispersible polymer powder) is 30% -35% ,w( cellulose ether) is 0. 6% , and w( defoaming agent) is 0. 8%, the dry-powdered paint possesses the good film forming ability and workability, the water- absorbing capacity is 6.5 % , time of abrasive resistance is above 1 400, no volatile organic compounds (VOC) and toxic materials are found. It shows a prominent advantage on the environmental protection.
