摘  要:为了预测旋流静态混合器内非稳态宏观混合特性,基于体积加权混合法则结合脉冲示踪法,在简化模型的基础上,利用计算流体力学的SSTk-ω湍流模型,通过湍流流场数值计算求解示踪剂的浓度输运方程,得到了不同混合组件和混合元件级数下静态混合器内的浓度响应曲线,比较了MSM、KSM、SSM、RSM4种旋流静态混合器的强化混合效果.数值模拟表明:KSM型静态混合器流阻Z因子与文献实验对比吻合较好;KSM的强化能力最大,SSM的强化能力最小.根据提出的强化因子评价混合器级数的强化效果,发现径向强化系数与螺旋叶片级数的幂函数呈线性关系.Mixing characteristics of static mixers with different axial arrangements of helical baffles were examined in a numerical simulation that solved the transport equation of the tracer for the whole flow field. The shear-stress transport k-ω turbulent model was employed to simulate the flow field based on the volume weighted mixing law. Mixing capabilities were compared among M-type (MSM), kenics type (KSM), spiral-type (SSM) and right twist-type (RSM) static mixers based on their concentration response characteristics. Among the different arrangements, KSM improved mixing performance most, while SSM showed the least improvement. The numerical results were found to be in good agreement with the experimental results as well as the results reported in the literature about KSM. When analyzing the CFD results, a linear relationship between the radial strength factor and the negative power function of the helical element number was found. A strength factor was put forward to evaluate the effect of mixing with different numbers of helical elements. A linear relationship between radial strength factor and power function of the number of helical elements was established.
