摘 要:针对复杂塑性体积成形过程中金属塑性应变和流线分布难于测定的问题,采用了一种用套环螺纹的测量方法.该方法不用替代材料即可实现对模锻成形过程中三维塑性变形的测量,并可定量分析.利用此方法对轮毂件成形过程中典型截面上四条流线及其轴向应变、径向应变进行了测定,且定量给出了该复杂锻件成形过程中变形及应变分布规律.因此可知,该方法是测试模锻成形过程中金属塑性变形流动较为有效的实验手段,利用其可对镦粗和挤压等一般塑性体积成形过程中的金属流动和应变分布进行预测研究.A new screw method for strain measurement has been advanced to obtain strain distribution and metal flow line distribution inside a metal or plastic body experiencing deformation. The main advantage of this method is that it can be used to analyze 3D deformation behaviour without requiring a substitute material and can give quanti- tative results. Using this method, four typical flow lines, axial strain and radial strain were measured when forming a complex steel hub. A quantitative measurement of strain distribution was obtained. This method is an effective technique for analysis of metal deformation behaviour during die forging. It can be used to study material flow and to predict strain distribution in general bulk metal forming processes such as upsetting, extrusion, and so on.
