东亚地区汇率合作的现状与长短期安排

摘　　要：从长期来看,东亚国家在汇率方面的共同安排仍未能取得实质性进展,仍处于商讨研究阶段,有关东亚汇率长期合作有代表性的、比较可行的主要有四种观点。但从短期来看,尤其是在次贷危机引发的全球金融危机的形势下,东亚急需加强金融信息协调与监控、加快清迈倡议的多边化和东亚外汇储备库的建设。In the long run, the East Asian countries in the common exchange rate arrangement can not make substantial progress, still in the research stage to discuss. There are four representative and feasible viewpoints on Exchange Rate of the long-term cooperation in East Asia. However, in the short term, especially in the sub-loan crisis of the global financial crisis triggered by the situation, East Asia need to strengthen coordination and moni- toring of financial information, speed up the CMI and the Multilateral Treasury building in East Asia＇s foreign exchange reserves.
