摘　　要：技术能力与市场能力弱是我国装备制造业参与国际竞争基础弱的根源所在,由此决定的参与全球竞争模式又制约了其国际竞争力的提升。因此,需突破我国装备制造业加入全球竞争的传统模式,在以各种方式引进技术的基础上,构建国内价值链和产业链,整合链条资源,增强企业的消化和二次创新能力,来衔接全球价值链和全球竞争。Weak capacity of technology and market leads to weak basis of China＇s machinery industries when joining the international competition, thus the determinative pattern of joining the global competition limits the enhancement of international competitiveness. Therefore, we should breakthrough the traditional pattern, based in the introduction of technology, structure domestic value chains and industrial chains, integrate resources of chains and enhance the digestion and re-innovation capacity of firms to join the global value chains and competition together.
