摘　　要：转变中国经济增长模式、扩大内需已经成为中国经济应对美国金融危机的首要问题。中国经济的内外失衡主要表现为国际收支的持续"双顺差"及高投资、高储蓄、低消费,并对中国经济的发展造成了消极影响。本文运用大量数据分析中国经济内外失衡的状况,并提出在金融危机条件下,中国调节经济内外失衡的对策建议。Changing the mode of economic growth and expanding domestic demand of China are the primary problems to overcome U.S.A. financial crisis . It mainly shown as a continuation ＂a pair of favorable balance＂ of the international revenue and expenditure high savings, low consumption and high investment, and has caused the negative influence to the development of China＇s economy. The text analyzed the out-of-balance state inside and outside of Chinese economy based on a large amount of data, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions to coordinate the state of Chinese economy under the financial crisis condition.
