摘 要:该文介绍了秦皇岛电力大厦深基坑工程的设计和现场监测实例。该工程基坑深5.0~13.5m,支护体系采用深层搅拌桩、钢筋混凝土灌注桩、高压旋喷注浆以及土钉墙喷锚、钢绞线锚杆的复合支护体系,极大的保证了基坑支护体系的刚度和强度。基坑降水采用坑内降水坑外回灌的降水方法。基坑开挖过程中每日进行变形观测,及时分析观测数据,掌握基坑支护体系及周边建筑物变形动态,直至开挖到设计标高。基坑支护体系变形、位移符合设计及规范要求,周边建筑物变形稳定,未产生不均匀沉降。In this paper, a design and site monitoring example of deep foundation pit in Qinhuangdao power mansion is introduced. Foundation pit of the project is 5.0 - 13.5 meters deep, the engineering supporting system is adopted by deep mixing piles, reinforced concrete cast-in-situ piles, high pressure jet grouting and soil nailing wall spraying anchor, the composite strand bolt supporting system, which greatly guarantee the stiffness and strength of foundation pit system. Dewatering is completed by water-lowering inside the pit, and recharge of water outside the pit.. The deformation observation is made daily, observational data are timely analyzed, excavation supporting system and the dynamic state of deformation of surrounding buildings are mastered until the excavation to the design elevation. The deformation and displacement of foundation pit supporting system are in accord with the requirement of design and specification , the deformation of surrounding buildings is stable, and differential settlement does not occur.
