摘　　要：工程造价控制管理是多方面、全方位的,结合杭州湾跨海大桥实际着重从施工招标、严格执行招标文件两个方面,阐述了对工程造价进行有效控制管理的经验。The control and management of construction cost are always many-sided and all-directional. With reference to the practice of Hangzhou Bay Sea-Crossing Bridge, this paper describes the experiences of the effective control and management of the construction cost mainly from two aspects of the invitation of tenders for construction and rigorous performing of the provisions in tender documents.
