基于控制论构建民办高校教学质量监控保障体系

摘　　要：教学质量关系到学校的生存与发展,尤其是民办高校存在建校时间短、生源质量差、教学层次多等先天不足,如何稳定教学秩序、顺利完成教学任务和保障教育教学质量是民办院校面临的重大课题。笔者在分析民办院校构建教学质量监控保障体系必要性的基础上,利用控制论原理就教学质量监控保障体系的内容及构建思想、实施策略进行研究和探讨。The quality of teaching is directly related to the survival and development of colleges, especially non-governmental institutes of higher learning since they are congenitally deficient, i.e. , short history, insufficient quality of students and too many teaching arrangements. The methods to ensure the teaching order and stability, to ensure the completion of the teaching mission and to ensure the quality of education and teaching are significant projects that non-governmental institutions of higher education are facing. In this paper, the author based on the analysis of establishment of teaching quality monitoring system, using control principle, discusses the idea and strategy of constructing teaching quality monitoring system.
