民办高校科研工作现状及改进策略——基于上海市五所民办高校的调查分析

摘　　要：民办高校虽然已走过了二十多年,但是其科研实力弱、成果少、质量不高等问题极大地影响着它的进一步发展,也妨碍了民办高校教育质量的提高。笔者就这一问题对上海市5所民办高校的科研现状进行了调查,对影响其发展的原因做了分析,并从学校层面提出了若干对策。Although the non-governmental institutions of higher learning have developed for more than two decades, their weak research ability, less results and low quality issues have been greatly affected the development of those institutions. In this paper, a survey is conducted with five non-governmental Institutions of higher learning in Shanghai. The author analyzes the reason which affects the development of research work in non-governmental institution of higher learning, and some strategies are made aecordingly from the college level.
