全球产业空间组织的变化趋势及其机制研究

摘　　要：20世纪90年代以来,随着技术的不断创新和全球化的不断推进,企业在全球范围内寻找资源以实现企业资源的最优化配置。运输和通讯技术的进步,使得许多限制生产活动区位的本地化生产要素的作用减弱,企业可以在全球范围内组织生产流程,经济活动被纳入全球生产网络之中,全球经济活动呈现出复杂的集聚和扩散趋势。本文主要探讨产业空间组织的这一新的变化,着重分析技术创新在这一转变中的作用,基于此本文提出了全球化下产业发展的几点对策。Since 1990s enterprises has been seeking the global resources to achieve the optimization of resource allocation with the innovation of technology and the advance of globalization. Due to the advance of transport and communications technology, the influence of many restrictions to the regional production becomes weak, and thus enterprises can organize global production proces- ses. Economic activities have been integrated into global production networks, and global economic activity has exhibited the trend with complicated agglomeration and diffusion. In this paper, this new change in the space industry organizations has been explored with the focus on the role of the technological innovation in this change, and several countermeasures of industrial development with the globalization have been proposed.
