摘　　要：针对2009年上海市中专卫校护理毕业生就业难这个社会焦点现象,从中专卫校就业模式的演变、护理毕业生就业难的市场状况以及就业职能部门当前亟待解决的关键问题进行分析,并围绕就业职能部门应如何树立市场意识、推进就业工作作一粗浅的论述。This article presents the preliminary analysis on promoting employment for the nursing graduates of secondary health schools at Shanghai. The difficult job market has become a social phenomenon in 2009. By exami- ning the evolving employment patterns for secondary health schools and analyzing this difficult job market, it demon- strates the necessity of market awareness for managers of career services. Furthermore, this paper focuses on the immediate key issues and strategies for establishing such awareness.
