摘 要:本文研究了TiO2和MgO+Y2O3+La2O3添加剂及微粉对全粉料α-Al2O3烧结性能的影响。测试了试样的体积密度,显气孔率及抗弯强度,用SEM分析了显微结构。结果表明:加0.3wt%TiO2即可显著促进烧结,添加MgO+Y2O3+La2O3复合添加剂可抑制晶粒生长,使晶粒得以细化。微粉含量由33%增至43%可显著促进烧结。The effects of TiO 2, compound (MgO+Y 2O 3+La 2O 3) additives and ultrafine α-Al 2O 3 powders on sintering properties of α-Al 2O 3 fine particle were studied in this paper. The bulk density, porosity and bending strength of samples were examined and the microstructure was investigated by SEM. The results showed that the sample with 0.3 wt% TiO 2 obtained higher sintering density and that small amount of MgO+La 2O 3+Y 2O 3 inhibited the grain growth of α-Al 2O 3, thus resulting in fine crystalls. Sintering can be promoted by increasing the ultrafine powder content from 33% to 43%.
